We bring all supplies and equipment.
What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
A standard clean maintains a home that's regularly cleaned. A deep clean goes much further: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets, baseboards, window sills, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and all the areas a standard clean skips. We recommend a deep clean as a first visit, then switch to recurring standard cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our customers aren't home. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or grant garage access. We send a before-and-after photo summary when the job is complete so you can see exactly what was done.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a thorough criminal background check, identity verification, and sex offender registry check before their first job. Auburn Cleaning carries general liability insurance, and our cleaners carry their own insurance as well. Your home is covered.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products (for allergies, eco-friendly preferences, or pet safety), just let us know and we can accommodate or bring your preferred supplies.

How soon before moving out should I schedule a cleaning?
We recommend booking your move-out clean 7–14 days before your lease end date, especially in May and August when Auburn move-out demand is highest. Same-week booking is possible but not guaranteed during peak periods. Move-out cleans require the home to be empty or mostly empty before we begin.
